Senior Administration Officer – Creswell, Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week / Salary - £19,490 per annum

Autism East Midlands are looking to recruit a full time Senior Administration Officer to be based at our Head Office in Creswell, Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The Senior Administration Officer will primarily report to the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and be part of the wider corporate administrative function.
The successful applicant will provide comprehensive administrative support and diary management to the Director of Adult Services and the Development Director. You will be expected to support the management of their workload and assist them in tasks on hand.
Proven experience of working in a confidential environment and dealing with confidential material is essential and a degree of flexibility is required as there may be times when you will be expected to facilitate evening meetings which will include formal minute taking.
The successful applicant will have the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision and be skilled in dealing with enquires/complaints from the public, from within the organisation and external stakeholders.
