Project Manager (Publishing)
Broughton-in-Furness, Cumbria
£40k+ with generous benefits
Our client is the UK’s No. 1 Educational Publisher. They’ve doubled their sales in the last five years and they’re continuing to grow. So, what’s the secret to their success? They put it down to the high standard of their products and people, as well as their unique publishing model.
They’re looking to expand their team by recruiting a commercially-minded Project Manager who has a sound track record of successful project delivery. As Project Manager (Publishing), you’ll:
- Own and deliver key change projects within the Editing department
- Drive change by suggesting improvements to current processes
- Maximise productivity by introducing new ways of working across the department
- Plan, propose and deliver projects on time and within budget
There’s no need to have a publishing background — if you have at least five years’ experience of leading significant improvement projects, our client would love to hear from you.
To be considered, you must have extremely high standards in everything you do and be:
- Positive and flexible — great at reacting to changing priorities
- Highly analytical, curious and intrigued by data
- Aware of the impact well-delivered projects can have on business growth
- Happy to work collaboratively with your colleagues across the business
- Comfortable challenging others, offering opinions and taking feedback on board
- Supremely organised with excellent attention to detail
Interested? To apply, please select the button shown and upload your CV (and details of your current salary) with a covering letter explaining why you’re the right person for the job.
