Key responsibilities.
You will work with both sales and the operations team to ensure all services (theirs and third-party suppliers) are delivered with a minimum of fuss and meet their guaranteed service levels.

Typically, you'll:
- Support sales & marketing team
- Support operations team
- Contact customers to ensure we are meeting their expectations
- Answer incoming calls
- Help quote enquiries
- Identify opportunities for upselling their services
- Help and problem solve email and phone enquiries
- Use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word software
- Help with general administration
- Undertake individual projects and help present them at team meetings
- Enjoy what you do and at the end of the day, feel really good about the difference you've made.
