DCV is currently looking for Personal Travel Expert at Tourism Company.
As a Personal Travel Expert, you will be responsible for owning the customer journey from start to finish, including handling any customer issues or complaints & resolving them with the support of your in-store team.
Essential requirements:
* You will be a proactive, confident and forward thinking individual, with excellent communication skills.
* You'll have the ability to work as on individual on your own initiative and manage own time and prioritise effectively, whilst also working as part of a team.
Desirable requirements:
* Developed sales skills and proven track record of achieving personal sales targets within a retail travel environment.
* Knowledge of long haul travel
* Exceptional customer service
Working hours: will be dedicated by store opening hours
