Our client has fantastic opportunity for a conscientious and customer focused individual to provide administrative support to a portfolio of health and protection clients, responding to any queries and providing quotations. Working closely with specific consultants, you will help to ensure that the clients receive the very best account management service at all times. Friendly and proactive, you will build an excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that any queries are managed effectively and that the client's’ best interests are represented at all times.


They are a small friendly team but with a strong work ethic and real passion for customer service and so are looking for a like-minded individual to join us! You’ll have a proven background of providing excellent customer care and will understand the importance of going the extra mile, With strong numeracy and communication skills, you’ll maintain accurate documentation for clients and update any details to assist the Consultants.
