Salary: GBP23000 - GBP26000 + uncapped commission (1st year 35k OTE)

Role description

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing the best candidates for our clients. Full training will be received from senior members of the team, and your role will vary including the following:

• Sourcing new talent
• Interviewing people on the phone, and face to face
• Marketing online and social media
• Networking with and speaking with candidates
