Site Manager for new build housing site

We are a progressive young development company looking for a senior site manager to oversee our new housing sites in Grimsby. The right candidate must have excellent motivational and people skills. They must possess all the relevant certificates and qualifications relevant to this position. Previous experience a must as the remit will be to deliver the completion of houses to a tight time frame and within budget. Excellent management of site and sub contractors essential and a working knowledge of all current Health and Safety practices . Reporting to the Project Manager and the MD on progress and management issues. Full working knowledge of all aspects of the building trade is essential. This position requires a dynamic approach and the right candidate will ideally have risen through the ranks of a residential build trades. Civil knowledge and Road and drainage layouts are an advantage. The right team member will benefit from an attractive starting salary of £45k per annum with a bonus scheme for performance targets. The contract is circa 4 years in duration with extensions to other sites. We welcome self employed Status candidates. Must possess the CSCS Black Card / SMSTS qualifications as this would be a requirement .
