About the Role

The Vendor Support Team Leader will supervise and drive the Vendor Support team, ensuring all branch vendor support administration is completed on time, accurately and in line with SLA and KPI’s, ensuring customer service excellence at all times.

Managing a portfolio of Vendors and overseeing the account management of the Vendor Support Coordinators, you will deal with any Vendor complaints and ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner, resolved to a mutual satisfaction and reported correctly. With the support of your line manager, you will conduct regular performance reviews with the team, team meetings and training and development to ensure performance is continually maximised, and take control of resource planning, ensuring there is enough resource to cover the demand of the business.

About You

So if you have previous experience within a customer facing role and have the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction, then we want to hear from you!

Supervisory experience would be ideal but is not essential – what’s more important is strong time management and organisational skills along with the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and delegate tasks appropriately. You’ll need a keen eye for detail, strong administration skills and the flexibility to react to change quickly and effectively.
