We provide cloud-based services to the Property industry in the form of a hub-service between Managing Agents, Property Developers, Residents, and Contractors. Our current services range from task and work order management, purchase to pay for invoice processing, high end developments residential portals, package delivery, to iPad based site inspection and management tools. We interface to the major accounting packages within the sector and our solutions solve many of the problems Property Managers have.

By combining creative thinking, selective hiring, passionate vision and exceptional service, our small and highly experienced team provides a commercially balanced blend of products, services, technical support, advice, customer service and user training to create efficiencies and provide a positive user experience.

The business has been running for nearly 10 years. As our success continues and the business readies itself to accommodate increasing demand and capitalise on emerging business opportunities, we are looking to grow our business development team to support our vision of further expansion. 

The Business Development Executive Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly professional Business Development Executive with a track record of selling mobile solutions.

This role will see you prospect, build and maintain new client accounts to ensure you meet agreed sales targets for products and services in the property sector (residential and commercial). You will create sales opportunities by identifying and generating leads, planning and running sales campaigns, identifying and contacting viable prospects and agreeing and attending client visits. Understanding the prospect’s requirements will enable you to identify and position Dwellant’s solutions, prepare and deliver high quality sales presentations / product demonstrations, proposals and quotations, agree terms and close sales. You will seek further opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional products, solutions and services. 

About You:

+ Web and mobile savvy 
+ Possess exceptional sales and customer relationship skills - on the phone, via e-mail and in person 
+ Ability to win sales on more than price - prior consultative sales experience would be beneficial
+ Knowledge of the Commercial Property Sector would be an advantage
+ Demonstrable experience of successfully selling technical products / software / solutions, consultancy or training services to large corporate clients, ideally in relation to compliance, Finance, Supplier Management and Health & Safety requirements
+ Experience of liaising with customers at C-level and able to deal with individuals at all levels
+ Possess excellent communication, proposal writing and presentation skills 
+ Demonstrate good questioning technique and listening skills
+ Previous exposure selling to the property sector would be beneficial - whether Commercial, Private Residential, Social or via technologies such as Internet providers for large residential buildings (such as Hyperoptic), CAFM systems or Contractors Sales Manager such as Polyteck
+ Personable with a mature attitude, professional and presentable
+ Determined to succeed with high levels of energy
+ Maintain focus, productivity and meet deadlines
+ A quick learner, flexible and quickly adapt to new situations, a team player
+ Able to work effectively under pressure and support the business in meeting its vision, goals, targets and objectives 
+ A current driving licence 

Benefits:

+ £40,000 - £50,000 Base Salary (OTE c£70,000 Uncapped)
+ Location: a 5-minute walk from London Victoria station (expected to be based 50% in the office in London Victoria, 50% visiting clients)
