Telecoms Support Desk Engineer - B2B - Junior or Experienced
Barnsley, S75 
£20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and skills

For 16 years we are have been designing, installing and supporting voice & UC solutions for business customers across the UK.

We are looking for desk based support engineers to support our growing customer base. The successful applicant/s will need/learn the following:-

1) Unify OpenScape Business and OpenScape Voice PBX (training and accreditation provided)
2) Enghouse VCC Contact Centre (training and accreditation provided)
3) Deployment and Fault Diagnostic skills in LAN and WAN environments
4) Good communication skills with end users covering various levels of experience/knowledge.
5) Desk based working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. Optional working away and overtime.

About You:

+ IP networking knowledge
+ understanding VOIP
+ Good communication skills
+ Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
+ Current Driving licence for ad hoc client site visits

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Junior Telecoms Engineer, Junior ICT Helpdesk Engineer, Graduate IT Engineer, Telecoms Support Desk Engineer, 1st Line Support IT Technician, Hosted Telecoms / VoIP Engineer, 2nd Line Telecoms Support Desk Engineer.
