Environmental Health Officer

1-Year Fixed term, 37 hours per week

Salary: £30,756 - £34,106 pa

A professional and enthusiastic Environmental Health Officer is required to join the Environmental Health Team within the Public Protection Service. An officer with a specialism in health and safety and/or animal health is required.

The Public Protection Service is managed via a partnership with Capita and this post is a Council post seconded to Capita. This is a varied role to include all areas of Housing.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with the relevant level of experience in an Environmental Health background. The candidate will have worked previously as an Environmental Health Officer in a local authority.
