The Regional Manager Opportunity:
To work for the market leader in the new build housing solar PV field Working with key accounts to grow and dominate the territory Building relationships to gain referral and repeat business from the UK's largest housing developers.
Our personal development road map will allow you to grow quickly and progress into National Sales positions, or anywhere that you would like to within the company - depending on your ambition.
The key responsibilities of the position involve:
+ Approaching and managing key accounts at multiple levels from Assistant Surveyors to Commercial Directors to quote/win contracts to agreed pricing structures.
+ Leveraging relationships to maximise effectiveness within each customer division and working with Sales Director to open new accounts and branches.
+ Working to set KPIs based on activity (calls, meetings, customer service levels) to follow a successful template that has been developed over the last 10 years.
+ Continual updating of company CRM system
The successful candidate will:

+ Attend the offices in Kidderminster 1-2 days per week for regular team meetings and ongoing development/coaching to hit team targets
+ Have the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week to follow through and meet key activity KPIs to build and maintain a successful pipeline
+ Meet with key accounts/new accounts to open and provide ongoing review meetings to maximise customer satisfaction and retention
