This company is an international software company based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and have been established over 25 years in the CRM market.

Do you communicate with people well? ie understand what a person's problem is and articulate what you think is the solution?

They are looking for a talented individual who is a quick learner and keen to get stuck in. An understanding of how database systems work is essential, knowledge of SQL would be an advantage. In addition, knowledge of HTML, javascript and PHP would be a bonus.

A computing degree is not essential but a demonstration of the right aptitude is. Full training on their software will be given while you would also be expected to have a willingness to use your own initiative to develop your skills, both in and out of working hours.

The salary is dependent on aptitude, skills and experience. Ideally they are looking for someone who has been 1-2 years in a commercial technology environment and who will benefit from the training and experience.
