Our client has an opportunity at the Bradford site for a Sales Coordinator reporting into the Sales Manager, Pulp & Paper UK & Benelux.  Working Monday to Friday days, you will be managing day-to-day administration for the Paper UK business, providing support for the paper chemicals sales force in the UK & Benelux.  You will be dealing with internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices & delivery times.  You will also be responsible for the ordering of laboratory field testing equipment and supplies, confirming and tracking the status of orders and resolving customer complaints.
As a key part of this role, you will create purchase requisitions for third party services and equipment using the site’s SAP ERP system and maintain customer records in databases and computerised systems.  You will also assist the sales team with monthly forecasting and compilation of the UK monthly report.

 What you need: 

  • Qualified to degree / diploma level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales / administration role.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and SAP ERP systems.
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written with the ability to work using your own initiative.
