The selected Psychology Graduate will be supporting pupils with additional learning needs and utilising their skills acquired through their degree to aid the learning of these SEN pupils.
The school wants to meet a compassionate and determined Psychology Graduate who has the ability to display true enthusiasm to become a key member of the staffing team. You must be a Psychology Graduate who has all of the key skills and the passion required to make their chosen career in education a success. The Head is looking for a Psychology Graduate who can be looked upon as a responsible and well-balanced member of society.
The responsibilities of the successful Psychology Graduate will be to support the learning of SEN pupils throughout the school by working 1:1 and with small groups. The chosen Psychology Graduate will be monitoring the progress of the pupils under their care and liaising with class teachers and parents to deliver effective SEN provision.
