Do you consider yourself to be an experienced customer service professional who's looking for something different?

If so we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team in our Cardiff City centre office to work on a number of exciting new contracts.

As a recruitment resourcer your typical day will include:

* CV sifting
* Conducting Telephone interviews
* Using set criteria to establish a candidates suitability for the role
* Arranging Interviews
* Conducting Interview prep and interview feedback briefs with candidates
* Logging all conversations on our CRM database
* Keeping the daily activity trackers up to date

This role will suit someone who loves being on the phone with a call centre or customer service background.

The successful candidate will be:

* An excellent communicator
* Able to work to deadlines
* Organised and manage your time effectively
* Have the ambition to succeed
* Flexible

Any experience within the recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided in house

Hours of work will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm and Friday 8am - 5pm,
