Dealer Contact Centre Advisor, New Business Department
We currently have a new opportunity for a Dealer Contact Centre Advisor within the DCC team in New Business Department.

The Dealer Contact Centre is responsible for ensuring telephone calls from our introducers are answered professionally within our service level agreement, the unit is responsible for dealing with a variety of queries and for passing on calls to teams within New Business and other departments within operations.
What you'll do:
" Take inbound calls from Motor Dealers keeping within service levels.
" Provide appropriate advice to resolve dealer queries or requests.
" Liaise with dealers and other business areas.
" Provide support to funding unit when required
" Opening post and updating systems
" Working from the Generic Error queue
What you'll need:
" Excellent communications skills.
" To be a team player.
" Self Motivated.
" Sound PC skills
" A desire to progress within the unit
" Ability to work under pressure
Call/Contact centre/telephone based experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9-5 with one late shift 11-7 in 4 and 1 weekend in 4 with lieu days Thursday and Friday the following week.
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, HAVE MATHS AND ENGLISH A-C AND NO CCJS
