We are currently working with a really cool wealth management company who invest in renewable energy sources, based near Marylebone in the heart of London. They started just over a year ago and have grown from 3 people to 10! Now they are looking for an all round superstar to help them stay organised with all their office administration
You'll be responsible for:
Maintain the company's database
Respond to all emails and calls in a timely fashion
Provide administrative and operational support to other members of the team
1 Years exposure to an office administration role
Intermediate/ advanced user of Excel including database and spreadsheets
Proven multitasking skills
Confident telephone manner
Our ideal candidate will be really enthusiastic with the ability to multitask.
