Product Management Assistant
They have a fantastic opportunity to join their unique business in an entry level role and progress a career in buying. As Product Management Assistant you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge under the supervision of their experienced Product Managers.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week and you will be based in ther busy Head Office in South Molton. This opportunity would suit a graduate or someone with equivalent experience.
As part of this position some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Maintaining the stock file as per instructions of the relevant Product Manager.
- Resolving invoice queries from the purchase invoice office.
- Maintaining filing systems and files as required.
- Assisting the Product Management Team in managing suppliers and other duties as required.
- Fulfilling administration tasks which may include maintaining filing systems, dealing with enquiries and running reports.
- Actively managing your area of responsibility through driving innovation and change.
- Managing the efficient and accurate flow of communication, both internally and externally.
