Clerical/Admin Officer

Working in central Telford for one of our favourite Government Departments.

So to the role.
This is a government based environmental scheme to enable farmers & land owners to be rewarded for looking after areas on their land that is dedicated to nature.

The land owner receives a payment for ring fencing parts of their land to promote conservation and sustainable practices.

Your role will be to work with the claims that are centralised into Telford & process their claim.

You will be reviewing on line claims & on line maps to check the area being claimed is relevant to the land owner, checking for streams, trees, etc.

Following this review you will process the relevant payment for the landowner via in house systems.

Full training will be carried out to familiarise you with systems & processes.
You will also have a `go to` to help with any unusual instances or queries to enable to process to be completed.

This initial project will take you through to the end of September, following this you will be potentially involved with a further project to protect an endangered species.

These roles are heart warming & personally satisfying to process & we welcome interested candidates that wish to progress these roles, we have 4 roles currently available.

The recruitment process will mean we have to undertake a minimal compliance which will include a criminal record check & address / validation of ID.
