Receptionist – GP Practice

22.5 hours per week

£8.00 per hour

Balderton Surgery is a GP Practice with 5,500 patients and a team of GPs, nurses and administration staff working from a purpose built premises.  The practice is busy and we are looking for a person with experience of dealing with the general public that can manage situations as they arise.

Receptionist - An opportunity has arisen to join our professional forward looking reception team at Balderton Surgery. We are seeking to recruit a dynamic receptionist who is able to provide first class customer service for our patients. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be confident in the use of IT and preferably have experience in working within a General Practice environment.  Experience of working with SystmOne is an advantage.  You should enjoy the challenge of dealing with patients on the telephone and in person in order to respond to their needs. 

We are offering a starting salary of up to £15,642.00 WTE per annum and a generous holiday entitlement.
