37 hours per week / 36 weeks per year (0.73 FTE)

Salary: £16,400 - £17,500 per annum pro rata

Fixed Term Contract: up to 12 months

Based at our Bedford campus, we require two Learning Support Assistants to provide learner support to a group of learners or on a one to one basis for in line with strategies identified on a student/s Individual Support Plan (ISP). You will need to provide the support needs required by the Support Worker Coordinator and/or the Additional Support Manager, Lecturer and learner. You will be required to maintain appropriate records as required by the College e.g. registers, progress reports.

To be shortlisted for this vacancy you will meet the essential criteria which includes;

• Level 2 Learner Support Certificate or equivalent or/ willing to work towards
• Educated to Level 2 in Maths and English
• Experience of providing support to individuals in an educational or care setting
