About the role
Our client are currently recruiting for an Estates (Caretaking and Cleaning) Team Leader to join the Housing team on a permanent basis.  You will lead on the overall service delivery for caretaking and cleaning services with responsibility for operational issues for this area of the business.  Your duties will include managing, developing and promoting strategies for the provision of caretaking and cleaning services across their housing stock.
You will take the lead to ensure that your teams provide a responsive caretaking and cleaning service for customers whilst working towards continuously increasing customer satisfaction and value for money.  You will work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
About you
You will be experienced in delivering caretaking and cleaning services; and have the ability to respond to problems quickly while consistently meeting their quality standards and targets.  As an experienced line manager you will have the ability motivate and lead the caretaking and cleaning teams, supervising and developing staff to provide the high level of service expected by their customers.  You will be hard-working and enthusiastic with an eye for detail and passion for customer service.

This role requires a DBS check, and you will also need to hold a full driving licence.
