We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist / telephonist to join city centre team.
As well as excellent front of house skills the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with clients and contacts on the telephone and possess the ability to prioritize a busy reception area.
The position is a challenging one and needs someone with a level head, a good sense of priorities and a mature approach to their working environment.
A smart and professional appearance is a must. You should be prepared to deal with a diverse workload whilst possessing the ability to remain calm and react quickly to an ever changing situation.
Previous experience within a legal environment would be an advantage but not essential.
