Sales Executive

SE London based high-growth document & data management solutions business looking to recruit experienced Sales Executive.

They help organisations manage their growing body of both hard copy and digital information. They do this by looking after their information safely and securely, improving control, reducing costs and ensuring they have access to their information when they need it, regardless of format.

The Role

The primary focus will be on selling the archive solutions portfolio, focusing on box, file and media storage but also being able to identify opportunities for digital solutions, for both scanning and EDM requirements. The purpose of the role is to present company as a true cradle to grave solution partner who can assist companies in completing the transition to a digital platform regardless of where they currently are on their roadmap for this goal.

Key Activities

1.       Ensure internal CRM (Salesforce) is up to date, including any telephone, email and appointment making

2.       Build and maintain lead generation lists to meet business KPI’s

3.       Work with the team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals

4.       Manage your own time and productivity to become a self-sustainable role

5.       Sourcing potential leads via publications and social media

6.       On-boarding new clients and identifying strategies to enhance their business

7.       Managing your own pipeline to ensure constant delivery

The Person

1.       Ideally someone with Records Management industry background.

2.       1 or 2 years industry experience

3.       Excellent telephone manner/well spoken

4.       Proven Business Development skills

5.       Experience of Salesforce beneficial

In return you will receive a base salary of £30k to £35k base (dep on exp)/£50k to £80k OTE (uncapped) + Benefits.
