WAREHOUSE / STORES OPERATIVE
Due to success, our client is expanding and they are looking for five new people to join their existing team of fifty four employees. This is an amazing job opportunity that starts on a temporary basis, with a view to going permanent, once you have worked twelve weeks. A full training plan is in place, to support you to learn the different sections of work that they do. Quality control is very important to them; they look for people with an eye for detail and that take care in their work. Your duties will include dealing with managing all of the stock in the Stores for the different departments within the factory, if you have had any experience with a Forklift we want to hear from you as you will be using a Forklift, you dont have to have a RITIB Clearance, they will look at in house licences is time for you to prove your reliability, work ethic and team spirit. You will be using a clock card system, which is reviewed for your reliability and punctuality. Once you pass your probation period at three months, you will be eligible for their bonus. The bonus is based on the hours you work and the number of products manufactured. On average the bonus is an extra £30-60 per week will be paid £7 per hour, working forty hours per week, this is a minimum of £16'864 per year. If you work an extra two hours of overtime a day and receive £60 bonus per week this will increase to £23'238 per year. To be considered for this job opportunity, you will need your own transport, as they are based in a remote location just outside of Great Baddow, Chelmsford. In terms of working experience, you will need around six months working experience in a factory or warehouse work environment. You will need to be physically fit and be happy to wear steel toe capped boots and high visibility vest.
