Property Lawyer

We have an excellent opportunity for two commercial & agricultural property lawyers with a minimum three years PQE. The successful applicants will work within a market leading and ever growing agricultural and commercial property team dealing with exceptional quality work from our new meeting rooms in Conwy, offices in Oswestry (or both).

About You

The successful candidate will be able to manage their own caseloads, with experience of:

• Purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial or residential development land/properties and premises sold with vacant possession/subject to tenancies
• Conditional contracts, option agreements and overage
• Mortgage and legal charge documentation and lenders instructions for drawdown of funds required for commercial, development and agricultural land transactions
• Transfer of equity and partnership commercial/agricultural property transactions
• Joint ventures and promotion agreements; and Landlord and Tenant cases

Property Lawyer Duties

• Using a case management system
• Providing legal advice to businesses and organisations
• Obtaining or checking Land Registry docs or title deeds
• Communicating with clients using a variety of platforms
• Drafting and researching sales contracts
