Deputy Manager Supported Living
Are you currently a team leader/senior support worker looking for the next step in your career?
If so, a Deputy Manager is required to join a supported living service for young adults based in Rugby.
We are looking for someone who passionate about care and wanting to make a difference to these young people's lives and give them the support and confidence they need.
You will report to the registered manager on a day to day basis and make sure the service is running smoothly. You must be able to use your initiative and always lead by example, making sure your support workers are doing their job to the best of their ability.
To succeed in this role, you will preferably have a relevant professional Qualification at Level 3 and willing to complete your QCF level 5 in Care. You will also need to have a minimum of two years experience preferably within the relevant field and a minimum of one year management/supervisory experience.
This role is Monday to Friday but if the service is in need you must be able to step up as a manager and fulfil the needs of the company as and when required.
