About You
We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, level-headed, and has excellent time management skills. You will also need to be highly motivated with a goal oriented approach to reach targets.
Required Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 12 months in a professional recruitment background
- Proven track record of sales, business development & client retention
- A professional telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Recruitment Duties
- Giving feedback to candidates on interviews
- Finalising pay packages between clients and candidates
- Offering professional advice to candidates and clients
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Using databases to identify suitable candidates for roles and headhunting
