Junior Purchasing Administrator

You new role as a Junior Purchase Administrator will consist of making sure our records are accurate for customer contacts and order history. You will also be placing and progressing orders to ensure that all date and price changes are communicated to the appropriate departments, as well as checking to see if new orders are in stock or have to be ordered in. In addition to this you will be creating and updating sales spreadsheets, chasing outstanding orders and identifying new business opportunities.
Our ideal candidate would be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience within a purchasing environment is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided to you. We have a fabulous working environment, so good communication and enthusiasm will ensure you fit in straight away.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity which will offer a great step to further your career. We can offer free parking onsite, fabulous working hours and a salary of £7 per hour. There will be a one stage interview for this role with an immediate start to our chosen candidate!
