We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Resourcer to join our client in Birmingham. You will receive on the job training to equip you with relevant knowledge to become a successful Resourcer.
Job Title: Trainee Resourcer
Location: Coleshill, Birmingham
Salary: GBPCompetitive
Working as the Trainee Resourcer you will support the Recruitment Manager in a busy, fast paced office environment. Duties will include;
* Source and select candidates
* Network and advertise to potential candidates
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have previous experience working in a customer focussed environment. It is essential that you have strong organisational and communication skills and you enjoy working to targets.
This role will suit somebody who is process driven and motivated to achieve targets
