My client is a well established and successful Insolvency Company based in Doncaster. They are looking to recruit an Insolvency Administrator to join their team. Candidates do not need to have Insolvency experience for this role however they need to be studying AAT,
The role will involve:
• Managing a case load
• Progressing cases up to appointment
• Managing own caseload on a daily basis to ensure statutory deadlines are met whilst progressing other cases on a timely manner;
• Attending site visits when required;
• Frequently using IPS and keeping IPS up to date, in particular diary notes and time recording;
• Completing pre appointment tasks associated with insolvency procedures;
• Reviewing and preparing statutory reports (S98 reports, CVA proposals, etc),
• Drafting standard documents and letters
• Dealing with creditors meetings, client meetings and trouble-shooting on day-to-day matters as they arise;
• Dealing with creditors and employee queries and associated documentation.
• Liaising with all clients, creditors, stakeholders, staff and other third parties in a polite and professional manner;
• Instructing insurers, solicitors and agents regarding matters as required
• Ensuring that cases are progressed in a commercial and balanced manner, whilst being fully compliant with statutory obligations
