Requirements for the Trainee Primary Teacher:
•To have the drive to become an 'Outstanding' Primary Teacher.
•To have the commitment to the programme and your pupils.
•To be a high calibre graduate with a 2.2 degree or better.
•A minimum of C grade in GCSE English, Maths and Science
Key benefits of Premier Pathways:
•Fully paid throughout the 2 years of the programme - GBP70 per day for Term 1, GBP80 per day there after (averaging GBP15, 275 per annum)
•Upon successful completion of the programme Trainee Primary Teachers receive a PGCE with QTS through the University of Buckingham.
•Trainee Primary Teachers do not need to pay tuition fees and increase their level of student debt.
