HR Advisor, High Wycombe, 3-6 month contract, GBP16-18ph
HR Advisor required by a global manufacturing company on a 3-6 month interim basis whilst they recruitment a permanent member of the team. This is a generalist HR support role but with a focus on recruitment across the business.
Working closely with the HR Manager you will assist with a range of recruitment related projects and as such a strong knowledge of UK employment law is required. You will be responsible for identifying, shortlisting and interviewing suitable candidates for a broad range of roles.
Ideally you will have worked in a HR Advisor role and be able to demonstrate previous recruitment experience of a range of engineering, scientific and admin/support staff.
