A highly successful Architectural Design Consultancy requires an Architectural Technician to be based at their Morley, Leeds offices.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a young company and grow with the company in the long term.
The role will initially focus on detail drawing and will quickly develop into taking responsibility for all aspects of design, from interpreting customer requirements, plan, view and 3D modelling, to signing off on preparations for submitting planning applications.
Projects range from home extensions through to new build commercial and residential developments.
Knowledge of Autocad 2D is essential along with Revit 3D or similar application.
A working knowledge of building regulations and planning application processes is also required
