Salary: £13,000 £17,000 depending on experience

Role Overview:
You'll be a key part of the Contracts and Administration Department working on a variety of different administrative tasks whilst ensuring that all documentation and queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced Department with a lot of activity to keep you busy and continually learning.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be an integral part of the team assisting with all aspects of the department and a range of administrative duties. This will include generating documentation, maintaining databases, liaising with customers/ suppliers/ staff members and undertaking a wide variety of other responsibilities.
This is a diverse role and as an Administrative Assistant you will have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as the accurate input of data into the company's internal systems and bespoke software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with emails and respond in a timely manner
- Answer the telephone and make calls
- Complete paperwork
- Assist with generating documentation
- Check and enter data accurately onto the Company systems
- Assist with general queries
- Setting up the board room and meeting rooms
- Support the department in maintaining the Database including updates and changes
- Perform other administration duties e. copying, filing, data entry
- To provide cover to other departments as required
The ideal Candidate will be/ have:
- Highly organised, resourceful and able to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of administration duties (BENEFICIAL but not essential)
- Attention to detail
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work equally well independently as well as part of a team
- Energy and a 'can do' attitude (ESSENTIAL)
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent (English and Maths grade B and above ESSENTIAL)
- Able to commute easily to the Head Office in Wooburn Green, Bucks
