The successful Applicant will need first class communication and organisation skills together with a flair for supervising and motivating others. It would be beneficial to hold a CPC - however training can be provided.
(Previous supervisory/Management experience is essential) - Logistic / Transport experience is desirable however not essential
Reporting to the Branch Manager, they will be:
* Required to manage 20/25 drivers and the loading and offloading process
* Measuring KPIs
* 24/7 operation.
*You will be expected to audit procedures ensuring that we maintain customers and delivery service agreements.
* There will also be a requirement to undertake ongoing training and development within these roles.
This is an ideal opportunity for the right candidates to build on their existing knowledge of the business.
You will require to undergo a 10 year checkable work history and applicant with have no defaults on their credit history.
