The Trust is looking for a diligent, enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Officer who will be responsible for overall management of all supporter data and insight held by Marketing and Fundraising as we move to a new CRM system.
You will have experience of working with large CRM databases, analysing data and insight across different departments and preferably within the charity sector. Your interpersonal and team-working skills will be paramount for this role as well as the ability to be self-driven.
The post holder will be a part of the Marketing and Fundraising team and will work to deliver the marketing strategy which supports the fundraising strategy and underpin the Trust’s 5-year Strategic Plan.
You will act as the insight champion for the department and consolidate, analyse and present back data and insights focusing on stakeholder and member experience and journeys across our website, digital marketing channels and traditional channels. This is a varied role which requires autonomy and creativity to adopt and adapt best practice from the charity sector and other Local Wildlife Trusts.
At the heart of this role is using marketing insight and data to protect and conserve Cornwall’s wildlife and wild places. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a busy team – are you up for the challenge?

This role is 37.5 hours a week and typical hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Occasional weekend work will be required.

Salary £26,000 per annum
