Salary: £ 26,431
Job Type: Full time, Fixed Term (9 Months)

The Company is the charity responsible for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, Banqueting House and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland. They help everyone explore the stories of how monarchs and people helped shape society in some of the greatest palaces ever built.
Based in the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Learning & Development (L&D) Manager, this key role will contribute to the delivery of staff and management development, training programmes, and HR projects throughout the organisation.
Role Overview:
A challenging and exciting position, your responsibilities will include organising, planning and administering training events (so flexibility in working hours is required), arranging the logistics of training events, which will involve some manual handling and setting up of equipment and furniture, together with the workshop delivery of some of the core skills training programme. The role also requires recording and monitoring of the L&D budget
The role also includes developing and maintaining effective customer and supplier relationships, as well as providing an efficient comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of Learning and Development across the Company. You will also advise managers and staff on Learning & Development policies and procedures and provide general training advice.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering first-class service. A high level of IT literacy experience (MS Office) and database management is essential. As an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, you will enjoy the challenge of using your initiative to prioritise and plan for the demands of a heavy workload within a fast-paced and changing environment.
