As our next Customer Service Representative, the first point of contact, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing customer experience.

This isn’t run-of-the-mill cold-calling – you’ll be getting stuck into inbound business-to-business calls, solving problems, processing orders, and resolving complaints.

ITW Construction oversees the specialised products that drive successful work in the residential, commercial and renovation sectors.

Joining a team of 12 fellow representatives, you’ll be reporting to a Team Leader who supports rather than micromanages.

Based in central Glasgow, we’re easy to reach via car or public transport.

Monday to Friday, your working hours will be 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm on rotating weeks.

The Key Requirements:

  • At least two years of customer service experience (not telesales)
  • IT Literate – Microsoft Office and ideally Sage or a comparable database/system
  • Proactive – the ability to digest information and decide on the best cause of action
  • Multi-tasking – confident taking down details efficiently whilst on the phone
  • Professionalism – the drive to take full ownership of your work
