A well-known Epsom Lettings Agency have a brilliant opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The Job
As a lettings negotiator, responsibilities will include
Registering applicants
Arranging and attending viewings
Negotiating lets
Preparing move in files
Upselling company services
Canvassing for new stock
Offering the highest levels of customer service at all times
You
To be considered for this position, previous experience working in lettings is necessary. You'll have a positive and professional attitude and the ability to achieve set targets. A full driving licence is a requirement for this role.
Salary & Other Info
A basic salary of GBP16,000 will be offered, plus a personal commission structure. Realistically in your first year, you should achieve an on target earning of GBP25,000 however this is uncapped. A company car will be provided.
You will be required to work a 5 day week to include some Saturdays, the working hours are 9am - 6pm.
Fantastic training will be offered, along with great career progression opportunities.
