Bench Hand Joiner
The Company
The Company is a family run business based in Corby established in 1999. They specialise in the design and manufacture of high quality Internal Joinery, External Doorsets, Windows, Composite Doors and Mouldings.
The Role
Following organic growth and significant business investment they are now looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis.
The main duties will involve the following:
?? Assembling products in accordance with order sheets and drawings.
?? Load and unload materials and tools.
?? Ensure smooth production flow and KPI's are maintained.
Candidates must be able to work day shifts 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-1pm Friday. Due to the nature of work some flexibility will be required, occasionally Saturday overtime.
Your Background
To succeed in this role you must meet the following criteria:
?? Have previous experience working as Joiner.
?? Able to work in a team.
?? Have a good understanding of basic joinery.
?? Able to listen to instructions and read drawings.
?? Work of own initiative and willing to learn.

o Overtime paid at x1.25 Rate (40 hours +) and x1.5 Rate (45 hours +).
