FULL TIME POSITION
We are currently working with a well established Children's home service. The company are looking to recruit a brand new Regional Operations manager to oversee homes in the Midlands.
You will need to be a driver as this role involves a lot of travel on a day to day basis.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a lot of previous managerial experience within care. We are looking for an individual who is truly passionate about care and making a difference.
The successful candidate will work alongside a big management team across the UK and must be able to demonstrate excellent strategic, commercial, budgetary and quality assurance experience.
You must also have a great knowledge of the Ofsted standards.
As the Regional manager your main role will be to help train and coach the Registered Manager's of the individual homes to make sure they are running the homes to the highest standard.
