CiP Level / bonus - 5%
Salary Range - GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 ( Pro Rata )

The HR Administrator is integral in the development and success of HR in UK Power Networks. The HR Administrator is responsible for the provision of quality administration information, guidance and support through the areas of HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Leisure and SAP.
This position would suit a proactive, enthusiastic, methodical and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills with an eye for detail. The ideal applicant will have experience of working in a customer service environment and will be able to use their experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide an efficient and accurate solution. They will ideally have experience of working in an HR or Payroll field although this is not essential.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
There are a broad range of activities an HR Administrator will undertake in supporting the HR operation, including:
Producing HR and Business Reports
Flexible Working / Work-Life Solutions
Maternity, Paternity & Adoption
Personal Detail Changes
Subject Access Requests
Probation / Right to Work in UK reviews
Absence and Leavers
Learning for All applications
SAP Purchase Order requisitions
Employment and financial references
Induction monitoring
Mail Merges
SAP data input
Input of sickness absence
Managing holiday entitlements on SAP and dealing with queries
Customer queries
Have an understanding of GDPR and how it relates to HR Services work and ensure that all work remains compliant at all times. Assist in the implementation and development of processes where necessary.
This list is not exhaustive and will develop as the HR Services operation evolves to meet future needs.

Proactively manage relationships with wider HR team and various Business Managers as required
