Lecturer / Motor Vehicle Technician (Tutor, Teacher, Trainer)

We are now looking for a fantastic Motor Vehicle Technician / established lecturer who is ready to take that next step on the career ladder. This exciting opportunity to work at our state of the art motor vehicle Centre based at Cannon Street in Hull could be the role you have been waiting for!

Within the role you will work primarily with students engaged across a range of courses providing a high level of support needed to achieve their programme of study.

As the successful candidate, you will be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in motor vehicle studies and have or be willing to work towards a recognised teaching qualification. 

You will need to be innovative in your teaching methods and must take the lead for your curriculum area whilst demonstrating flexibility, enthusiasm and most importantly a commitment to the student journey.

The ability to inspire learners is essential as well as the ability to work as part of a well-established team of professionals. You should be capable of working with a wide range of students, ideally within Further / Higher education, and demonstrate excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
