Starts: ASAP Location: Rosyth Rate: GBP150 per day
We are seeking experienced complaint handlers to work with our client based in Rosyth. To be considered you will be available immediately (or with short notice) and have:
- Financial services complaints and administration experience
- Ideally you will have a knowledge of pensions and service related queries
- Experience of complaints relating to systems, platforms or migration issues would be a distinct advantage
- An excellent telephone manner is essential
In addition, the following skills are required:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
