TEMP TO PERM JOB

AIN DUTIES:
Raising Sales Orders.
Purchase Orders and delivery notes.
Updating spread sheets and word documents on a daily basis.
Photocopying and printing various documents.
Answering calls and taking detailed messages.
Supporting management with production paperwork and General. office
administration tasks.

Posses an excellent telephone manner. Calm under pressure and able to
work within a pressurised environment. Excellent communication skill,
must be able to have flexibility in their working hours and be able to
cover all holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Good IT skills including experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and work as part of a team.
Experience of Sage would be an advantage but not essential as training
will be given
