SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL ANALYST

In this brand new role, working as part of a digital innovation hub, you will work to support the growth of the internal analytics capability, for this global retail giant.

Reporting into an experienced Digital Analytics expert, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights around social media campaign performance, using social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite and Synthesio to identify trends and insights amongst the millions of conversions transpiring across digital channels, as well as working collaboratively with your fellow team members to provide value to business stakeholders on how to improve targeted marketing and customer relationships.

This role has a European focus, so you have the chance to interact with stakeholders across different countries and regions, from marketing, eCommerce and brand departments.

In addition to this, you also need to be familiar with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager, as although this will be mainly focused on social media measurement you will also need to support on wider digital analysis including CRO.

This is a great opportunity to diversify your analytical and digital marketing experience whilst building a specialism in social media measurement.

You may currently be working in a broader digital marketing role and want to specialise in analysis? Either way, you will find support, development and a dynamic working environment.

SALARY - GBP25k - GBP32k plus excellent benefits, bonus & training
LOCATION - North East London

Experience and Skillset required

* Educated to degree level in a numerate or marketing related subject
* Experience in measuring digital campaign performance across social media channels
* Ideally some experience in CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
* A basic understanding of Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager required for CRO purposes
* Experience of data manipulation and visualisation using Excel
* Competence with social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite and Synthesio
* Competence with tools such as Facebook insights, Twitter analytics, YouTube analytics
* Demonstrable skills working with large data sets and databases with strong problem-solving skills
* Good stakeholder management skills
* Confident working in a business facing environment
