Sales Support Coordinator
Gi GROUP is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator on behalf of our well known client in the Denby area.
GBP16,500 per annum.
Hours of work:- 0845am - 1700pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact and act as the liaison to other departments.
• Undertake Distributor sales analysis to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Carry out Distributor sales maximisation calls and End User support calls.
• Handle Distributor and End User enquiries.
• Implement and review Customer KPI Reports to drive improvements.
• Make promotional calls to Distributors to optimise sales.
• Provide technical and product information to customers.
• Contact End Users following conversion and installation to ensure satisfaction
About you:
• A background in sales is highly advantageous however not essential.
• Experience of overcoming objections and gatekeepers.
• Desire to work in a predominately outbound call targeted environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Prioritise workload and be able to meet deadlines.
• Friendly and approachable with the willingness to share ideas to help drive continuous improvement.
