Job Title: Quality Systems Engineer
Location: Tamworth
Salary:GBP35-GBP40k

Ingold Recruitment are pleased to be searching for a Quality Systems Engineer to join a very busy Tamworth based company.
Prime Objective:
Responsible for operating the Quality Management System (QMS), writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development. Lead and undertake audits across all areas of the business as well as across the supply chain. Provide training an champion th Quality Management System. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
Job Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years Quality Engineering experience within an automotive or precision manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable Experience in the application of the quality core tools in high variance batch production and low volume one-piece flow scenarios.
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
- Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
- Previous experience within a precision machining and/or manual assembly environment is strongly preferred.
- Educated to HNC/HND level.
- Certified Internal Quality Auditor is an advantage.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
